How many times have you thought about how to reduce fine lines and wrinkles? Sure, it may not be on your mind every second of every day, but more than likely the thought has been on your mind for quite some time. During spring break, you, all of your high school or college friends lived at the beach. You looked so good with your deep, dark tan and you were so worry free! Even if you didn't go to the beach, perhaps you were a "lake lover", boating around with the wind in your hair and chasing that same deep, dark color. Even if you weren't able to be around water, you were more than likely enamored with the way your skin looked when it was tan -- smoother, slimer, sexier. It was worth every hour spent laying in the front yard or tanning bed to get that golden color. Or so we thought. Now we feel as though we're cleaning up the mess we made. Our skin has new and interesting things to offer us: uneven color, fine lines, patches that look like our freckles decided to band together in perfect unity creating one large blemish... expect they call it an age spot. How dare they! Couldn't we just call it a souvenier from our best spring breaks? Know we ask ourselves if it's too late to love our skin again; or are we doomed? Well, it's never too late to love your skin again! Your part in the damage cannot be repaired, but living life has its side-effects. Our skin starts to show that years are clicking away (without our permission, of course), and what we need now are products to help us repair that past damage and offer up a large helping of protection from what's coming. Your overall appearance of a healthy body shows in your skin. So, it's important to put beneficial things (water, minerals, protein and carbs) into your body, as well as having a good skin care product to put beneficial ingredients into the skin. Scientists that formulate skin care products know that what you put inside your body and what you put onto your body... well, they work together. If a person that is unhealthy uses the best skin care on the planet, that person will see an improvement in their skin's appearance. However, if that same person started to eat healthier foods and drank more water, the skin's appearance would dramatically improve. For instance, if you have troubled skin, you also need a supplement that supports the skin from the inside out with key ingredients such as L-Lysine, zinc, as well as vitamins A and B6. You need to drink plenty of water. If you smoke, you should think about quitting. Getting wiser is part of getting older. We know that laying in the tanning beds is not a great idea, and we also know that we don't have to have a tan to be beautiful. If we take care of our skin, from the inside out, we can be beautiful in any shade. If we want our skin to be healthy we have to have a healthy body. You know, we are encased in our body's largest organ... our skin! To get rid of dry skin, drink plenty of water, eat your veggies and take vitamins... but not just any vitamins. You need to make sure that they contain ingredients that really work. Luminous skin can be yours again!
