The housing market is in a recession and many builders are seeking an advantage to help them sell their homes. The outside of a house is the first thing a buyer sees and is the first impression in their mind of that house. With the coming of track homes, architecture in the 20th century has been somewhat simplified in regards to details, accents, and historical truths. The housing recession will certainly work to reverse some of that by not only correcting the housing market, but also by correcting the architecture. Don't be surprised to see craftsman style homes and french-country architecture make a comeback.
