Free Lead Generation Solutions that Generate Sales!

Although lead generation solutions are the "Life Blood" of every business but are also one of the largest expenses. Learning free lead generation techniques that actually work can significantly decrease business expenses.

It is impossible for a business to exist without a good lead generation solution. This is true regardless of the structure of the business... whether online or offline, home-based or brick-and-mortar, small or large. Every business needs a regular influx of interested prospects and depending on purchased leads can be very expensive and also disappointing from a sales perspective.

Traditional training for home-based business owners used to include purchasing leads for email, voice broadcasting and cold-calling campaigns. This isn't nearly as workable a solution anymore. As with everything else on the internet, times change. The techniques used to generate these leads is often suspect and unknown to the buyer which results in incorrect information and very irritated prospects.

It is rare to find a list of leads that have correct information on everything - in fact it probably never happens! Even for the supposedly targeted leads, which can be very expensive to purchase. It can be frustrating to spend a bunch of money on a batch of leads that end of having incorrect information.

Most businesses are always looking for better lead generation solutions. I don't think that anyone can argue with the fact that self generated leads are the most effective. However, few online (or offline) businesses feel comfortable with their skill level in creating the volume of leads they need to ensure continued success.

What can a business owner do to solve this problem? Get training on how to create their own leads, including free lead generation methods. This will solve two problems at once... better leads and lower expenses. But, the question is ... How?

There is no shortage of training... unfortunately, it is usually based on individual techniques. You can find sources for all of the popular techniques... articles, ezines, classifieds, forums, magazines, PPC, press releases, web 2.0, blogging, etc. However, the amount of information is enormous. There are basically two options once they have decided to begin creating their own leads.

First, they can go out and purchase information on each of the methods and learn them independently. Of course, there is the problem of figuring out who to believe because there is overlap in everyone's ebook. Secondly, they can find a comprehensive training program that covers all or most of the techniques... old and new.

The ideal program would span all techniques from free lead generation to more expensive, from traditional to new web 2.0 and would be updated on a regular basis to keep it fresh and workable. Delivery methods would include audio, video and ebooks so that every body could learn easily and go over it as often as necessary. The trainer should also be someone who knows what they are talking about and can demonstrate it.

The bottom line.... businesses need to find a way to generate their own leads that include free lead generation techniques and more expensive ones. Stop buying expensive leads that don't produce the results desired. Find a training program that will teach all of the techniques for the quickest road to a larger list of prospects, more sales and less frustration. "Never Buy Another Lead"!
