The problem might worsen in case of your sexual partner who gets infected when the virus is passed to her body. The painless thing will become painful for the other. As soon as you are aware whether painless or painful that you have genital warts, immediately get in touch with a doctor and get treated. Without curing the area, it is better to avoid have sex with your partner. Even if you undergo the desire of your instincts; you do it safely by using contraceptives like condoms that will protect both the partners and not allow the warts to multiply in his/her body who is not yet affected.
