It can be hard to be positive when you are feeling a mixture of anxiety, fear and sometimes abject panic. As hard as it is to think positive thoughts it is vital that you do so. The first step to beating anxiety is to accept that you have it and then move onto dealing with it one day at a time. Don't try and deal with it all at once, deal with one situation that would normally cause you to suffer from an anxiety attack at a time.
