A weight loss goal should be a written goal, and it should be an exact goal to translate your desired goal to a specific amount. Aim for a target say 70 kg or 150 pounds. And go for it. When you reach your target reward yourself. Successful Weight Loss is all about setting sensible goals and sticking to them and achieving success by using a combined method of diet and exercise. Remembering that a successful diet is not so much fresh food only but, non processed foods, low in fat. Stay away from battered and fried foods and you will be successful beyond your dreams.
