A web page's Page Rank is explained recursively and depends on the digit and a search engine's Page Rank metric of all pages that link to it ("incoming links"). If a web page that is linked by other pages then it receives a high rank for its high rate of linking , but if there is no incoming links to a page of a web site there is no support of this specific page.
