Seems that everybody is talking about ProActol nowadays, so I've decided to make an informative article about what ProActol is, how it works and how will it help you. First of all, ProActol is a weightloss product in a form of a pill which blocks the absorbtion of fat into your body (you know, the problem parts - arms, butt, legs, belly). Of course it can not block all of the fat from your food, but up to amazing 27%, which is also clinically proven. Yes, an amazing eight clinic studies have been made which prove that ProActol really blocks those fat out of the food. And it's the ONLY diet pill that is backed by MHRA guidlines. But these are not the only positive things about ProActol. It also supresses appetite (so you won't have to eat late night if you know what I'm taling about), reduces blood cholesterol levels and helps you reduce the excess body weight. All this with a combination of healthy food and some mild, 3 times per week exercise will give you fair results on your weightloss. Another thing I would like to point out is, that ProActol is made up from a patented unique fibre like complex (NeOpuntia) which is a 100% organic, 100% natural fat binder which has been derived from the dehydrated leaves of the nutritious cactus ‘Opuntia Fiscus-Indica’. Proactol contains 2 fibres, one which is non-soluble and the other a soluble, which binds the fat from the food. And here's how ProActol works. When you take the pills (after food intake), it binds to any dietary fat in your stomach, forming a fluid gel around those nasty fat molecules, making them to large to be absorbed by your body. Those binded fats are then passed safely and unabsorbed through your body as a waste product (poo, hehe). That's for non soluble fibres. But let's not forget the soluble fibers. These little "guys" bind with various acids in your stomach, forming a solution which slows down the digestion of glucose into your body. And this process will supress your apetite, thus you will eat less and lose more weight in the long run. I must admit I've gained some weight over the Christmas period and I can't wait to test this promising and clinically proven diet pill when it comes out, which will be around 10th of January, 2007. I will keep you updated on my ProActol blog, where you can also find the clinical studies (as a .pdf file) and graphic drawings of how ProActol works. But don't put all of your hopes on a diet pill. It will help you lose weight, but you will have to do some exercise too, if you're willing to lose weight in the long run. And eating lots of fruit instead of a fat rich hamburger or fries will help your body get and stay in shape.
