But using them when you have ankle tendonitis is somewhat scary thing to do. The ankle tendon can rupture easy if used improperly, so doctor's try to avoid them if possible. You can try to put a cushion in your shoe, this will help support the foot and can help with the pain if you need to be on your feet. Your feet are a vital part of your body. You need to try and keep them from injury including ankle tendonitis or permanent injury could occur. If you start to feel pain or swelling in your ankle and you have had ankle tendonitis in the past, you need to try and not over do it. One thing that you may want to do is to talk to a physical therapist or even an orthopedic doctor to learn how to not injure or learn to maneuver your feet during physical activity.
